Quickstart

Receive your first private payment in about two minutes.

Before mainnet launch

The programs are being deployed. Until the launch announcement, the steps below describe the app as it will work; the live demo shows each step.

What you need

A Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or a Ledger through one of them) and a little SOL for the one-time registration fee. Owning a .sol name is optional.

Receive your first private payment

    Open app.crepus.cash and connect

    Crepus only sees your public address. It never asks for your seed phrase and cannot move funds.

    Create your stealth keys

    Sign one message. Your spending and viewing keys are derived from that signature on your device, so the same wallet can always rebuild them.

    Register

    Approve one transaction that stores your meta-address in crepus_registry. If you own a .sol name, it is linked too.
  4. 4

    Share your name or link

    Give payers bob.sol, the link crepus.cash/pay/bob.sol, or the QR code. You only ever share this once.
  5. 5

    Get paid and sweep

    Payments appear in the app as the scanner finds them. Sweep them to any wallet when you like; a relayer can pay the fee.
